I liked that it was easy to find, the self‑catering area was clean, the breakfast option was good and the fridge was satisfactory. The WiFi didn’t work. My room had a strong scent that was supposedly meant to enhance the ambiance, but it was too intense for me. The receptionist commented on my appearance a few minutes after seeing me, which I thought was unprofessional and frankly unnecessary.

Replenishing shower gel daily is important; I used the mint one once and the next morning there was none. The huge ste ornaments make parking difficult. The receptionist needs more training and better customer‑service skills. There was a mismatch with my booking, which made me feel uncomfortable as if I hadn’t paid for my stay. She should learn to handle bookings and follow‑ups on her own, whether the booking came through Booking or not, and explain the payment status to the guest.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, appreciating the comfortable and quiet atmosphere, as well as the friendly staff who were always willing to help. Overall, my experience was very positive, with no significant issues to report. The staff's warm hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable.
