The location right on the Danube.
The room was nice with good beds and a clean bathroom, and the check‑in was friendly. However, there was no Wi‑Fi and the staff couldn't fix it even when asked. Both coffee machines at breakfast were broken, something already mentioned in earlier reviews. Very disappointing for a 4‑star hotel.
The room was great and the view from it was amazing.

The private list was great and I stayed on the first floor; I think the upper floors are even nicer. I received a free upgrade to the room without requesting it. The breakfast was poor, the room lighting was terrible, and the bathroom ventilation left a lot to be desired.
