“Disappointing.”

The hosts were lovely and very friendly, and there was a nice little playground for kids. They charge extra to use the air‑con, which only becomes apparent after booking. Breakfast must be pre‑booked and is very basic; there was no coffee pot or coffee in our room, and when I asked about it they just said it should be there and had no alternatives. The bathtub plug was broken and we didn’t know until we tried to bathe. Dinner time meals were hard to get. The place is quite far from the town of Assisi—about a 30‑minute drive—so the “Assisi” name is misleading. They also charge extra to use their washing machine for your own laundry.

“incantevole soggiorno tra gli ulivi”

Immersed in nature, tranquil, clean, and close to all the surrounding villages. Everything was fantastic. The place brings peace and calm. Walking in the property’s olive grove was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and Valentina was super friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about.

A charming spot and an oasis of tranquility. The breakfast was incredible, the staff were kind and very hospitable. Highly recommended experience.

“Um recanto na natureza.”

The place is beautiful, with an amazing view. Sunset is absolutely gorgeous. The room is comfortable and pretty. The bed is good, the sheets are fine, and the heating works well. The bathroom is huge, with great towels and an electric towel warmer. The property is well kept, featuring a lovely garden. Breakfast is excellent. The owners are caring and friendly. The location is great and pretty. It’s a 16‑minute drive to the center of Assisi. We loved everything and want to come back in the summer.
