We loved this spot, right in front of the beach, with a nice pool and a very good balcony; the staff were super friendly and helpful.

“Great location”

The Sri Lankan breakfast was AMAZING and probably the best we had while in Sri Lanka; the location was great, easy to walk to the beach, and there were two calmer beach swimming spots right in front of the hotel compared to Mirissa’s main beach; it was about a ten minute walk along the beach to the main beach restaurants, and we were close to attractions like Turtle Bay and Coconut Tree Hill; the hosts were friendly and adaptable, and we were able to stay until almost 7pm on check‑out day for a small extra cost because our flight didn’t leave until midnight; the walls were very thin and we were woken at 6:30 on our first morning by people next door talking, but the next morning we heard nothing; it’s a little pricey but you pay for the location.
