The pool and steam bath were perfect, cleaning was good, and the location was a bit off the beaten path but still in a lively area. We had asked in advance (by email) for a double bed, got confirmation, but it wasn’t arranged until after the first night when we inquired again. It was confusing because we had packed everything thinking we’d move to another room, only to find that only the bed was changed. The room was next to the stairs, a door, and the lift, so it was noisy. The front‑desk staff at check‑in were very impersonal and unfriendly, giving us no sense of welcome.

The location was good. The room’s cleanliness didn’t meet expectations and there was a strong pipe odor in the room.
