The customer service at this hotel was truly exceptional.
The views from my room were breathtaking, but I did find the location a bit challenging to get to.

“LA PERFEZIONE”
Everything. This hotel is close to the profession. Nothing.

The room was good, but there were too many lobbies and lifts.
We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazingly friendly, supportive, and made us feel right at home. We had two connected/neighboring rooms on the 109th floor, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The included breakfast was fantastic as well, offering a huge variety of choices alongside freshly prepared dishes. Highly recommended. As for location, while it isn't ideal for general sightseeing, we knew this in advance so it wasn't an issue for us. Transit links (metro and ferry) to Hong Kong Island are very close by, though getting around Kowloon required a few extra detours or a bit of walking. Still, highly recommended

I want to point out the extraordinary professionalism of all lounge staff—always present, discreet, very kind, and attentive. They remembered guests’ preferences and made every moment feel personally cared for without being intrusive. In short, flawless hospitality—hard to imagine a better service.
