I booked the accommodation, it was confirmed in the app, and the payment was taken, but on arrival the door was locked and a sign said it was under renovation; neither of the two contact numbers worked, so I hope to get my money back.

Hello. I urgently need help with my booking. I received a confirmation and paid in full, but the next day the hotel sent me a message saying “Unser Geschäft ist geschlossen. Wie konnten Sie buchen? Sie können nicht anreisen. Bitte stornieren Sie Ihre Buchung.” They told me the hotel was closed and asked me to cancel. I complied, then received a 100 % cancellation fee notice. This was not a voluntary cancellation on my part—the property was not operating and could not provide the service.

“Sehr gerne wieder!”

The location is great. We were handed an update without asking and received a huge, newly renovated vacation apartment. The staff were very friendly. The entrance and staircase weren’t very appealing.
