- Staff was attentive, helpful, and polite - They let us do laundry spontaneously, which was very friendly - The lakeview from the room is quite nice, the view from the hotel lobby even better - We were gifted a box of local mushrooms when we left. - The walls and edges of the room look a bit discolored and/or cheaply constructed - In the bathroom there is no place to hang your towels, so we had to awkwardly place our towels next to the sink, which is both inconvenient and als

Staff were very helpful especially Amy. Rooms are fascinating Seaview. Breakfast was limited to Chinese and Western. WiFi was not perfect but acceptable
