Rooms offer air‑conditioning, soundproofing, private bathrooms with free toiletries, bathrobes, and balconies overlooking the city, plus ground‑floor units and terraces. Guests benefit from free Wi‑Fi, a shared kitchen, minimarket, daily housekeeping, and multilingual staff fluent in English, Italian and Russian.

The bell beside the bed was spectacular.

Clean and well‑maintained, great spot to explore Civitanova. The shared space is a bit small and offers limited seating.

The location is super close to the sea, the centre, supermarkets, and various services; even though it’s in a restricted traffic zone, parking is easy nearby. The room is very well arranged with everything you need. The tiny balcony overlooking the lane is very romantic, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The building’s exterior is colourful and well‑kept. The entrance features a tidy shared kitchenette, with coffee, tea, and a few biscuits. The balcony only has one chair; I’d add a second. The curtains are not very dark‑blocking, so too much sun comes in in the morning (the blinds are there but hard to use because they’re all fixed to the balcony).

Traveling as a couple, the location was excellent—just a few steps from the train station, main shops, nightlife, and the waterfront. The home was very charming, perfectly cozy. The room was a bit small, though well‑kept in detail.
