Big, comfy rooms, a fairly large bathroom, and a wide breakfast spread where eggs are made fresh to order. The staff are very friendly and attentive. For first‑time nights in San José this is a great hotel. We wished there were glasses for toothbrushes in the bathroom; we had to sacrifice one of the two water glasses for that. A self‑serve beverage station at breakfast—like a jug of water with or without cola, various juices, etc.—would be a plus. The staff will bring anything if you ask, but sometimes we prefer to grab drinks ourselves. Still, this is high‑level criticism.
