Nestled beside a forest in a recreation area, Restaurace a penzion Zděná Bouda lies 5 km from Hradec Králové’s center, offering Czech and international cuisine with steak specialties. Modern rooms feature free Wi‑Fi and private parking, TVs. Nearby skating, cycling, hiking trails, tennis courts, paintball, a bus stop, and a park within five minutes, and 21 km to Nechanice chateau and golf course.

Rooms were clean, the staff were accommodating, and the setting was pleasant and quiet. The breakfast was very good.

The spot was perfect—quiet by the woods yet close to the city center. The accommodation was simple but had everything needed. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was plentiful, and there was dedicated parking right at the pension. A few minor things: it would be nice to have towel and hand dryer stands so guests don’t have to hang them on radiators or throw them over chairs, and perhaps a slightly firmer mattress since the springs are stiff (though it’s not a disaster).

The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and plentiful, the location was quiet, and we’ll definitely come back.
