The location felt crowded with a lot of street people, which was a downside.

The place was very quiet and peaceful, letting me rest well. The breakfast, however, was awful—no juice, no milk, and when I asked at the front desk they apologized and said they were out of juice, offering almost nothing to eat.

“Never staying here again”

The location was good and close to many things we needed. The staff never showed up at the front desk and didn’t feel welcoming. The rooms were not clean, smelled of mildew, and the lighting was terrible. I even bought an air freshener for the room. Fingerprints were visible on the back of the door from other guests, indicating it wasn’t cleaned properly.

They left us alone, which was fine. The area around the hotel turned out to be a ghetto, something I wasn’t warned about before booking. There was no notice about a deposit, so it caught us off guard and strained our budget for the whole trip. Overall, it was a bad experience and I wish I could get a refund.

I had a great time at the Quality Inn. The room was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay there again.
