“Unsafe for us”

I arrived at 11:30 pm to pick up my key and head up to the room, only to see a group of people outside. The clerk didn’t help; I had to go back downstairs and explain that my wife felt unsafe with strangers near our door. Ten days later, I still hadn’t gotten a refund and was sent an email about motion cameras. If you want a quiet stay with no one lingering outside, this place won’t deliver. I’m not here to criticize, just to say I wanted a refund for a room I didn’t feel safe staying in.

“Stay somewhere else”

The hotel’s proximity to The Masters was a plus, but the sheets were stained with blood, which was a major downside.
