The room was spacious and comfortable, the facilities were new and well designed. The lack of an elevator was something we expected.

When we checked in, we were shocked by the number of stairs we had to climb every time we left the Airbnb; it was unacceptable. The person checking us in also told us that some items in the fridge were broken because the previous guests had been hostile. My husband and I were in good shape, but climbing those stairs each time was not acceptable, and we felt we weren’t adequately warned. Needless to say, we left.

The apartment had a very nice décor, was well equipped, the kitchen was available, and the check‑in reception was welcoming. Perhaps the stairs could be better.
