I was able to check in early. The city’s smell was noticeable.
My room was clean and comfortable. And most of the staff was really friendly. My favorites were Jean and Abraham. For 2 nights my tv wasn't working. It kept saying it was offline. I was not expecting for most of my stay that I would be sitting in silence unless my phone was charged up for me to watch something on it. When I went downstairs to ask about it I was interrupted before I could finish the question and was not told if they were currently fixing it or how long it would take to fix it

Very nice and clean, the workers were very nice and very very helpful, I had car problems and Carlos went out of his way and helped me, I wouldn’t have been able to drive 5 hours home without his help. N/a
