“stylish place to stay by the water.”
The place is really stylish and clean, with great views of the marina and sea, and it feels brand new. The restaurants are nice. The only issue was that the air‑conditioning was set to freezing and it was hard to adjust it except by turning it off.

The setting by the water, the included services like paddle and kayak, the restaurant, and the pool are all positives. The service, however, did not live up to the venue. The staff at check‑in were appreciated but then absent; the staff on Sunday mornings were appreciated but the office was closed, which is really disappointing. The housekeeping staff were very friendly, but the restaurant service was average, slow, and lacked coordination among the servers.

The hotel is lovely; don’t be deterred by the name, and you don’t need to be sporty. Located right in the marina, there’s always activity—boats coming and going, people canoeing, etc.—but once you close the door to your room, the noise stops. The beds are comfortable, the staff are incredibly helpful, and the restaurant on the terrace upstairs is delightful. The modern, comfortable seating and exceptional breakfasts make it an overall jolly good all‑rounder. Nothing negative.
The hotel is fantastic, with a lovely bay right next to it for swimming and plenty of fish. A supermarket is just across the road and a bus stop to Palma is just outside. The bars, busy beach, and restaurants are all within walking distance, and we especially recommend la Gitana for food 😋 The building is well kept, quiet, safe, and has good parking. The upstairs bar offers great views and cocktails, and the poolside bar serves beers, drinks, and snacks while you swim. Complimentary beach towels and room towels are provided, rooms are cleaned daily, and there’s free tea and coffee (though you must fetch your own milk). Each room has a decent-sized fridge and complimentary water on arrival, a good-sized bed, and a cupboard stocked with wooden cutlery sets, an ironing board, iron, toilet rolls, and more. The only downside is that the balconies on the beach side are much smaller than those on the marina side.

The location is good. However, there was mold in the bathroom and the floor was dirty even though it seemed to be cleaned every day, which is simply unhygienic.
