The location is handy and the staff were friendly and helpful, plus the breakfast was great. Occasionally it got a bit noisy—you could hear people moving in and out of rooms. I’d stay there again.

“Good value for money”

The spot works if you drive, the room felt cozy and the restaurant on the first floor was solid. The housekeeping left something to be desired and the maintenance team didn’t catch all the issues; the bathroom looked outdated, the cold tap didn’t work, a plug was missing, and the bedsheet had stains.

The place is all about location, location, location. The staff were friendly and the attached restaurant was excellent.

“We enjoyed our stay with minor reservations as above”

The room was huge. Everyone on the staff was pleasant, and the breakfast that came with our package was excellent with a wide selection, though it could have been a touch warmer. Dinner was optional but offered a good variety, including a carving station if you wanted one. Like most hotels, small maintenance items were overlooked; rooms should be inspected and repaired regularly. The restaurant was understaffed in the mornings and evenings, but those who were there were very nice and attentive. The location sits in the middle of a business park, which is convenient for getting to Lincoln and other sights, but it didn’t allow you to walk anywhere at night.
