The facilities are gorgeous, spotless, and the atmosphere is calm; the pools are fantastic.

The facilities are fine. The staff treatment was terrible—because I didn’t want to open an account with my credit card, they sent someone to lock the minibar with straps, and my partner and I were left in a humiliating situation, as if we had to steal from the minibar; this will be my last time at that hotel.

Everything was clean and nice, but the pillows were a problem.
