The hotel's proximity to public transportation made getting around a breeze.
The staff were truly amazing, with Sam standing out as a shining example of their exceptional service.
The room was spotlessly clean, and the location was convenient, being just a short 2-minute walk from the tram station.
I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel, and the staff were truly exceptional.

“Een top verblijf, locatie is ideaal en erg vriendelijk personeel!”
It was a very nice location and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! There were no particular issues.
“Muhteşem”
Everything was very good, the rooms were very clean and the staff were attentive. Everything was as it should be; we didn’t dislike anything.
“Perfect stay with the friendliest hotel team in the world ❤️”
The location was perfectly convenient – super close to Galataport, a tram and a bus station. The nearby Cihangir neighborhood offers great cafés, breakfast/brunch, and lunch spots. The hotel itself sits on a quiet street, so the peaceful night sleep was a huge plus for me. The rooms were spotless, cleaned every day with fresh, nicely scented towels and sheets. The hotel team was super friendly, helpful, and eager to attend to any request (100/10). I’m grateful to Sam and Ard for their positivity and hospitality – I really felt at home and super safe 🙏🏻 I have a place to stay on my next visit to IST ❤️ Nothing was missing; everything was perfect 👍
Our experience at Union Hotel Port was truly wonderful and memorable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well‑organized, and beautifully maintained, showing a clear commitment to guests’ comfort and satisfaction. I especially want to thank the wonderful staff: Sam, Ardalan, Sinan, and Maryam. They were exceptionally kind, friendly, professional, and welcoming. Their refined manner, helpfulness, and prompt attention to our needs made us feel genuinely valued and cared for throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with many useful services and facilities nearby. Restaurants, shops, transportation, and other important amenities are all conveniently accessible, making the stay even more comfortable. We also greatly appreciated the tourist excursions organized by the hotel, which gave us a wonderful opportunity to discover the city’s main attractions in an enjoyable and well‑organized way. Overall, Union Hotel Port is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay, outstanding service, a convenient location, and a warm atmosphere. Thank you for making our visit so pleasant. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel with complete confidence.
