The location was good and the staff were friendly and responsive. The property was clean and offered a view of Kandy Lake. Rooms were tidy. They helped arrange a cab that we used for two days.

A real hotel, very clean with an amazing view, just a 10‑15 minute walk from the city center. Kitchen available for cooking. It’s a shame they don’t offer breakfast with that great view.

We discovered this place during Perahera and enjoyed one night. The view of Kandy city is amazing, and the walk to downtown (if you find the shortcuts) is very short.

The hosts are delightful, there is a nice balcony overlooking the city, and a convenient kitchen for cooking or buying food. You need to go to the city center, a ten‑minute walk downhill, then return by tuk‑tuk uphill.
