The place is very good, offering excellent value for money; the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The real highlight was the staff, who were friendly and professional, striking the right balance; a big thank you to the receptionist who checked me in that evening—she was extremely kind, attentive, and accommodating, making me feel heard and taken care of. With the recent work on the first floor, I think everything isn’t perfect yet (the mechanical latch on my room didn’t work, it seemed misaligned with the door frame).

The staff were pleasant, the underground garage provided secure bike storage, the breakfast was very good, and the room was spacious; however, it was chilly inside despite the warm weather outside, there was no kettle in the room, and the bathroom was tiny.
