“Дуже шкода, що наш бізнес ставить максимальну ціну на посередню якість”
On the bright side, the front desk worked well, especially the administrator who was friendly (though she didn’t remember my name). The spa area was pretty good; we stayed on a weekday so there was plenty of space, though I’m not sure if the same comfort exists on weekends. Breakfast was decent, with plenty of choices. The zoo added a fun element to the leisure zone, and there were various activities to try. On the downside, the rooms were old, with stains on the walls and worn furniture, and they didn’t justify the €100 per night on a weekday. The shower water felt metallic, which was a drawback for me, though it might not bother others. The hot water pressure was odd, making it feel like a battle over the tap, constantly turning it up or down. There was no separate kids’ pool or area, so splashing and noise were always nearby. Our room faced the main pool, so it was noisy even inside. The restaurant service was poor; the waiters seemed to understand guests are stuck (since there’s nowhere else to eat nearby) and didn’t try to provide good service, making you wait long for attention. Menu items were often missing. Some staff even stood over the shower and spoke Russian to each other. The internet was a major pain: it barely worked, and my husband spent 1.5 hours getting the correct DNS set up so he could access remote work sites, which took time away from relaxation. The biggest issue was the mismatch between the website information and reality: the spa was listed as open Friday‑Saturday 9:00‑22:00, but when we went early Friday evening we found it closed at 9:00. Also, the website listed bike rentals at ₴70 per hour, yet we were charged ₴700 for two people (though I see the site now shows a different price). We didn’t check the price beforehand (they didn’t tell us), but it was still a surprise.
