Nice place. The wall can hear the sound from other room

“Muy sucio todo, olor muy desagradable y cucarachas en la habitación”

The location was close to the port, but the place was filthy, stank, had cockroaches, and for three days no one came to change our trash. We had to request towels and paper ourselves. It was disgusting, a mess that seemed to change constantly. I would not return.

The reception staff handled the issues we faced well and the location was central and easy to get to. On my first night there were many flies and the air‑conditioner was broken, but thankfully the staff moved us to another room; the second room had no flies and the AC worked, though the air‑conditioning unit was dirty.

“Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft”

The room was nicely decorated, just the right size for one person, clean, and the beds were good. The stairs had recently been renovated, and just before that the corridors and rooms were being upgraded, which probably lifted the hotel’s overall quality. It seemed noticeably better than the reviews suggest. The central location is convenient, but Chinese package travellers won’t find a fridge, and the light switches and sockets are in sensible spots. The place is a bit noisy from below.
