The spot is unbeatable, just a few minutes from the cathedral in the historic centre, but the hotel’s café/restaurant only opens at 07:30 am.

“Solid hotel near a beautiful park”

I loved the location and the beautiful grounds; the on‑site restaurant was handy and quite tasty. The staff, especially the cleaners and the bellhop, were fantastic. The air conditioning made the rooms extremely cold, which my friend adored (though I was freezing haha!). However, the rooms picked up a lot of noise from the floors above—furniture scraping that started early in the morning. We felt a bit nickeled and dimed for asking for extra coffee, and the rooms seemed a little dated.

“Limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado.”

The beds are very comfortable, the location is excellent, there is parking, the place is super clean, and the restaurant is very tasty, even though Oaxaca has many other dining options. We were assigned the room below the restaurant, so there was some noise when people dragged their luggage early in the morning. Even though there are double doors to block out sound, it still can be heard. The internet in the rooms is unreliable, but we worked from the restaurant.

The restaurant food is good, but breakfast isn’t included. I think that would help the hotel a lot. They charge for everything.
