Aside from the small step at the entrance, the place is fully accessible, which can be fixed with a removable platform. The price, though the property is new, is objectively a bit high for a B&B.

The place was spotless and the dining room was spacious; the shared kitchen was nice even though it wasn’t advertised as an apartment, and a bakery and supermarket were nearby. However, there were no forks in the kitchen—only plastic single‑use ones—and I didn’t like the camera in the dining room, which I think was a Wi‑Fi router with a camera.

“Malino”

The cleaning was definitely good, but the common areas had some unpleasant strong smells. The breakfast was non‑existent except for coffee and some snacks, so we had to go to a bar at our own expense. In the room there was only one towel, which we had to add after asking for it from a hallway locker. The TV didn’t work with two remotes, and the lady who tried to explain that we couldn’t use it made us feel incompetent; after insisting, a man came and fixed the issue, but it took three minutes each time to turn on the TV—too much time. Parking? On the street!!!

The problem stemmed from the fact that in December, at a place about 1,200 m above sea level, arriving to find the room not heated was unacceptable. I was also clumsy in handling the thermostat right after lunch to try to fix the issue, but when I returned after dinner the room was frozen, so I chose to leave. Maybe I should have complained to the owners immediately, but their explanations and the way they handled it didn’t seem appropriate or justifiable. Too bad!

“Ottimo”

The owners were extremely kind and great. The only thing I’d suggest is soundproofing the rooms, because you can still hear when you talk—just a small improvement, otherwise I’d come back several times.
