The spot was fine, but the bed was uncomfortable with a burn hole in the comforter, the elevator was dirty, breakfast was subpar, and the fridge leaked, spoiling the food I bought for the next day.

“I won’t be staying here again”

The spot was good, but I had to switch rooms twice because the first room was dirty—stained sheets, fingerprints on furniture, burn marks on side tables, a filthy carpet, and the last room had a missing door chain. I asked about upgrading; I paid $112 for a standard room and the suite was $114, but the front desk said I couldn’t upgrade because I’d already paid. Customer service was terrible; the desk staff seemed annoyed that I requested a room change because the rooms were filthy.
