The room was fantastic, complete with a microwave, a large fridge, and everything else you could need. The night‑shift staff member, however, was a bit unpleasant and almost ignored my request.

I booked online, but when I arrived the front‑desk woman told me “the hotel is full. Reservations closed at 10:30 p…”. I showed her my confirmed reservation number from… and she repeated, “the hotel is full.”
