Great location, the owner let us leave our bags early and accommodated our requests, but it was spacious and comfortable.

“Впечатление испорчено (”

The place sits nicely and the balcony offers a stunning view of Ararat. Unfortunately, the receptionist was rarely present, which made it hard to get quick answers to common questions. Another big drawback was that the bathroom was separate from the room and accessed through a shared corridor; we had to fully dress to reach the shower or toilet, which was a real hassle. If we’d known this beforehand, we wouldn’t have booked.

“Une vue inoubliable et la proximité du centre avec tout le confort”

Everything was flawless; the flat was perfectly located, very pleasant and had two bedrooms, an amazing view of Mount Ararat and a balcony ideal for reading. A washing machine was handy for our laundry, and the staff were lovely and attentive.

“Всё было супер!”

Everything was liked. The bedding was clean, housekeeping was good. There is a refrigerator, a TV, and you can iron clothes. The staff are friendly and very polite; everyone smiles and talks. Nearby you’ll find a bus stop, supermarkets, cafés, and a currency exchange.
