Breakfast and location are excellent, and the staff’s exceptional care and human quality stand out, always ready for any request. Everything was fine.

The service was outstanding—very friendly and welcoming. The staff went beyond expectations, especially during a bad weather event, ensuring we had everything needed and being flexible with our requests, all while remaining very kind. Service 10/10. The hotel is super central, near many restaurants, craft shops, and the bus terminal. The classic cabin‑style décor feels very cozy. No complaints; the price is worth it.

The location is simply perfect! The best part is the receptionist who is always ready to help and extremely polite. No negatives.

Our stay in Los Maitenes was excellent. The room, the hotel itself, the breakfast, the location, and especially the people who work there (the owner and the staff) made it perfect. I can't recommend it enough. It’s cozy, well‑located, and has a very familiar vibe. The people are kinder than I've ever seen. All great, nothing to complain about.
