Breakfast was very good and varied, lunch was expensive and uninteresting, the pool was clean, the slides were small but acceptable for kids; however, there was no shaded parking and the parking attendants asked guests to pay.

The stay was the most horrible of my life, with bad smells, poor security, rude staff, insects like cockroaches and bed bugs, lack of cleanliness, and no elevator access—nothing went right.

Everything was perfect, the staff were very helpful and attentive, and there was nothing to complain about.
