“Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.”

The place is decent, but the bed and pillows were awful—old, lumpy, and so uncomfortable it was hard to sleep. Every door is old and bangs loudly, adding to the noise. At 11:40 PM I was woken by a loud chat between the front desk staff and a guest right outside my room, which is totally unacceptable for a hotel where guests expect quiet.

The location was perfect, though the building is very old but the rooms have been renovated. There is no AC.

“I am glad it was only for one day. The front desk receptionist was very cold and unwelcoming.”

The spot was ideal for the day, but that’s about it. The hotel and our rooms had no air conditioning, making the temperature inside and outside the rooms very high. Both windows in my room were jammed shut, so I couldn’t open them. I was exhausted after a 7‑hour drive, and the next morning I couldn’t relax in my room because the sun was too hot; I had to step outside onto the street for fresh air. On top of that, the woman at the front desk was rude, unhelpful, and unwelcoming, as if she was doing us a favor by checking us in.
