The location is excellent and the city is easily reachable. Nothing else was lacking; everything worked well.

“I only stayed 1 night but thourghly enjoyed it.”

The staff were exceptionally friendly and I had direct contact with the Elephant and Castle pub. The issue with Google Maps getting confused due to tall buildings isn’t the hotel’s fault.

“Great stay, great helpful staff and good location for all the key sights”

The hotel sits in the heart of Boston, making it a short walk to major sights and neighborhoods. I expected more for a city‑centre hotel, yet the deal was solid; some might dislike having breakfast in the attached pub, but the food was tasty and the Club lounge offered tea and coffee all day.

“An enjoyable stay in a vibrant city”

All the areas we wanted to visit were easily accessible. The shower curtain could be replaced with a solid screen, and it would have been nice to have a street view.
