College Park Bed & Breakfast

Parking was a breeze – driveway and street right in front. The room had a TV, a small table and chair, plus a big fridge for my own snacks. Clean sheets and towels, simple but tidy. The downside? A heavy air‑freshener scent that clashed with the otherwise clean vibe, and the kitchen could have been a bit more sterile. A motion‑sensor light at the door would have been nice, but I didn’t feel unsafe. The area is a decent residential spot.

“If needing just a bed for the night, good value for the price paid”

Finding the place was a snap and getting around Saskatoon was easy. The owners were great, and the bed was a relief after months of bad sleep. Parking off‑street worked on a first‑come, first‑served basis. On the flip side, the blinds didn’t cover the whole window, there was only one tea option, no shampoo or conditioner, and the air freshener was a bit too strong.

“Was a good stay apart from that !”

The host was friendly and helpful, which made a difference. Unfortunately, the utensils and other facilities were old and not very clean or well maintained.

“We did not stay left”

The location was fine, but the place felt old and a bit moldy. We thought the kitchen and bathroom were just for our room, but they weren’t. I’ve never stayed at a B&B before; friends who stayed at newer homes had better experiences. Still, it’s a decent spot for backpackers, though the photos look better than reality.

“I would definitely stay there again if needed”

The spot was close to my destination and the neighborhood was quiet. All the amenities were there, but the bedroom stayed hot while the rest of the suite was cold.
