“A very comfortable night’s sleep.”

The bed was large and very comfortable with crisp cotton bedding, and the bathroom was clean with good fixtures and soft towels. Free parking was included.

“Friendly hotel with a nice bar and comfy rooms”

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was big, and the shower was huge.

“A good venue, but not the best place to stay for a quiet night’s sleep. Astonished that they do not do breakfast.”

The old coaching inn was charming, set right in the heart of the High Street in a beautiful town. However, there were no breakfasts, the reception desk was unstaffed, there were no USB charging points, the noise outside the bedroom window was riotous until almost 12.30am, and the bright security lighting outside the bedroom window kept the room from being dark.

Fantastic location. Bathroom was not very clean and a terrible shower

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, but the floor in the bar was uneven after a flood.
