“I want my refund for the other days I didn't stay there”

I want a refund for the days I didn’t stay; I only used it for one night and left because the toilets smelled and there were insects everywhere. Everything was bad.

Nothing was good. Everything about that guest house and the manager was rude, they didn’t clean the pool because they thought it was unnecessary.

“Bad not what we expected”

The rooms were nice but a bit small. The kitchen was not nice or clean, the door was broken, and the pool was dirty with plastics in it.

I was disappointed because the place looked nothing like the photos; after booking we even decided not to stay.

The surroundings were quiet and privacy was respected, and having restaurants within walking distance was a plus. However, my first room had a lot of bed bugs, making sleep uncomfortable; I spoke to housekeeping and they moved me, but bugs still appeared in the next room. I also dislike the no‑refund policy, especially after dealing with bed bugs.
