The WiFi kept dropping and reconnecting a few times a day, and my tablet never managed to connect at all, but otherwise everything was great.

The hotel sits in downtown Waterloo, within walking distance of great restaurants, a grocery store, and both Waterloo and Laurier universities. It’s very clean and cozy, and the hosts are friendly, professional, and efficient. I’ll definitely book again.

They add an extra fee for overnight parking.

The lobby, hallways, and rooms are very clean, but the bar closes too early.
