The resort features a renovated historic building, 2 new buildings, and chalets, with free WiFi, ski storage, and access to 720 km of mountain bike trails and the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn Ski Area.

Our family getaway at Puradies was gorgeous, everything was first‑rate and we’ll definitely return. The double room was right above the outdoor dining area, so quiet didn’t start until after 2:00 am; the room also lacked a chair at first, but one was brought promptly after I asked. At the pool/pond area the loungers were sometimes scarce and many sat unused for hours while holding towels.

The hotel is stunning, with beautiful gardens and an incredible view; the modern wellness spaces blend nicely with the traditional buildings, and breakfast offered a great variety. It’s close to many outdoor activities. However, a second adult‑only pool next to the spa is missing, and the hotel pool turns into a noisy, overcrowded municipal pool in the afternoon. Likewise, none of the six dinner rooms are reserved for adults, so we never had a quiet meal—there was shouting, crying, and we were eager to leave the table. I understand it’s mainly a family‑focused resort, so I would not recommend it to guests without children unless they enjoy constant noise and bustle.

The hotel’s hilltop location is excellent, and the valley view is impressive. It’s especially pleasant that all building sections that don’t need daylight are built underground. To maintain a high standard, the selection of non‑alcoholic juices could be better.
