The reception was not staffed for long periods.

We felt like we were on air, the entire staff was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet selection was superb, though everything was perfect.

The view, the spa terrace, and the pavilion were great, but the room was tiny for the steep price and the glass jug was empty—only Hahnenwasser was available instead of bottled water in the room.

The scenery, seclusion, and hikes were amazing, yet the room was noisy and lacked AC, making it stuffy; I’d recommend upgrading to a Mountain View room, and while the restaurant’s service was subpar, the food itself was tasty once they finally seated you.
