The Buena Park Hotel & Suites

I asked for a change of sheets and towels and they didn’t do it.

“Not worth saving the money on this hotel.”

The price was good, but we realized that we get what we pay for. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable; there was tile in the bathroom that I stubbed my toe on because it was coming up and the light outside our window stayed on all night and we couldn't get a good rest. We left after staying just one night when we booked two night

Smooth check in and out and complimentary breakfast. Rooms images were a bit different then what shows online the unit wasn't as nice or upgraded as it looks online

The staff were very nice; when I left my purse at the hotel, they returned it to me with nothing missing. The hotel was clean and I liked their breakfast.

There was plenty of parking, check‑in was quick and easy, the room matched the online pictures, the area was clean, and the pool was clean.
