The central location near everything—el Hueco, the metro, Botero Square, and bus stops—was great. The place was clean, the staff were attentive, and the room faced an internal courtyard with no street noise.

I really liked the privacy and the city view. During checkout, the front‑desk lady was upset because of a misunderstanding with a hotel colleague, but that was the only issue.
