The biggest highlight was the incredible view: mountains, peaceful surroundings, and the beautiful house made the stay feel special. The property and area are stunning. The food was the main drawback—it wasn’t very tasty, and portions were small. Improving food quality would match the high accommodation standard. Adding evening activities like live music, concerts, workshops, or tastings would also enhance the experience, especially since the remote location offers little to do at night.

“Einmalige Lage, traumhafte Natur!!! Tolles Hotel!!!”

Einmalige Lage in traumhafter Natur, Fähre von Koman inklusive… Tolle Zimmer!! Nettes, freundliches Personal!!!Bei schlechtem Wetter etwas wenig Möglichkeiten… etwas schade war, dass uns im Vorwege der Buchung nicht mitgeteilt wurde, das der Shala River wegen des niedrigen Wasserstandes nicht angefahren werden kann. Etwas Geruch im Badezimmer, wahrscheinlich aus dem Abfluss. Nur 2 Transferzeiten nach Koman, mit dem Shuttle nach Shkoder, der um 15.45 h fährt und den Check Out um 9.00 h hat man noch einige Stunden zu überbrücken

Access to the Shala River day trip was good, and the site was lovely—we kayaked and used the facilities at the end. We’d suggest adding more food or snack options, or at least letting guests know that food is only served during specific hours and no snacks are available. The hill to the top is very steep, so bring luggage carefully since there’s no assistance.

“Breathtaking views”

The view was absolutely stunning—something I’d never seen before, and it felt so private that it was perfect for just relaxing. I loved everything about the place, though the hiking trail was a real hazard with loose rocks and stones, so you have to be careful. Aside from canoeing, there isn’t much else to do, but it’s great if you just want to wake up, stroll, soak up the sun, and enjoy the scenery. Dinner was fresh and tasty, and I’d like to see more options in the future. Breakfast, however, was disappointing: just a boiled egg, juice, and random jam, while other guests received sausages and more items. The staff seemed undertrained, with inconsistent communication and limited English, making it hard to get help.

“Einzigartige Lage”

Wir waren insgesamt super zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Die Lage direkt am Komani Stausee ist einfach traumhaft. Besonders praktisch war, dass man bequem mit dem Schiff von Koman anreisen und direkt am Hotel abgeholt werden konnte. (Für das Parken des Mietwagens in Koman können wir Panorama Parking empfehlen: 5 € pro Tag + 6€ Transfer zum Fährterminal.) Das Restaurant vor Ort ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert, und auch Ausflüge zum Shala River lassen sich direkt vom Hotel aus buchen. Der Ausblick aus den Zimmern ist wirklich einzigartig und das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich
