Custom service was extremely poor and unacceptable, with zero hospitality and care; shocking to see, advise no one to book, I will never return to this hotel again. The staff and facilities were extremely poor, shocking especially for a place in hospitality.

The spot’s in Beyazit’s heart, just a stone’s throw from the tram line, and that’s all I can say.
