Getting to every part of the property was a breeze, the place stayed clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful, though the water pressure was far from ideal.

Not much to say. The online hype didn’t match reality; there were no parking spots for a car, even though they claimed plenty. Our first room’s AC didn’t work, so we complained and almost left; the staff said all rooms were booked and then moved us to another one where the safe failed, forcing us to carry valuables everywhere. The bathroom was tiny, and we had to park our hired car on the street where it got scratched on the last day. The corridors and foyer were swelteringly hot. I can’t recommend this place at all.

We were in a gorgeous, spacious room with a balcony that offered a breathtaking sunset view, the highlight of our evenings. As a couple craving adventure, we loved the island tour package the staff suggested. They handled every detail meticulously, arranging a private driver to the port, serving delicious prepared meals, and providing a private boat just for us, which made us feel like VIPs. Having the boat to ourselves let us enjoy the islands at our own pace, free of crowds. The guide was outstanding and made the whole trip worry‑free. Our only regret was not bringing the kids! This is truly the perfect spot for anyone wanting a blend of comfort and adventure without the hassle of planning. A 10/10 experience!

My sister had booked us at a popular boulevard hotel, but I regretted it because it lacked class, had dirty rooms, and poor service. I can’t understand the good reviews or why the restaurant stays busy when the food is subpar. I wish we’d stayed at Treasure Island for the entire trip. The rooms are spacious, the AC is extremely cold, and the front desk staff are very helpful with every query. The location is ideal, right in the center of the parade routes and main activities, saving us a fortune on pricey tricycle fares (especially with the oil hike!) because it’s so close to the Rodeo Arena. Thanks for making our stay memorable; we’ll definitely return!
