The rooms smelled bad, we were charged extra, and we had to leave the rooms in the middle of the night because of rats and mosquitoes. We booked triple rooms but received standard rooms, the AC wasn’t working, the washrooms were unhygienic and not cleaned, the room had no lock or key, and overall it felt worse than a total brothel. I want such properties removed from the portal and am filing a case against oyorooms and the property owner.

“Bad service and stole money from me”

I paid for my room in advance, yet when I arrived the front desk demanded an additional 500, threatening to cancel my reservation if I didn’t comply. The room they assigned was the worst in the hotel: no ventilation, no AC, the TV was broken, and the bed was infested with bugs. I’m uninstalling the app and warning friends against using this service. 😡😡
