The hotel sits right in front of the house and the front‑desk staff were helpful, even though there was a language barrier. The bathroom wasn’t clean and the sheets were yellow, and the elevator looked dirty.

I liked the room—quiet, spacious, and well equipped with a big bathroom, and the location was great because you can walk to the forteresse. The whole place was clean and the bus stop is just 30 m away from the hotel, so getting to Suwon station is easy. The digital safe in the room didn’t work, and the description said there’d be a coffee machine but there wasn’t one, though on the floor level there is a café with tea and hot/cold water machines. The air conditioning is noisy and the window faces a wall.

Meget centralt. Personalet meget hjælpsommer. Hotellet virker slidt. En del skimmelsvamp på badeværelset og vinduerne. Man skulle spørge om rengøring på værelset og håndklæder. Morgen var fint, men dog ikke så meget udvalg hvis man ikke er til koreansk mad samt morgenmaden var ofte kold
