The beds are uncomfortable, the room AC barely works, almost not at all. The apartment barely accommodates the number of people it claims to hold, and the pool area is always slippery.

The apartment is spacious, everything is in place. It was not child‑friendly at all, it was extremely difficult to contact the host, who also didn’t come to check out and left the key in the apartment. The beds and pillows were very hard, and the apartment complex was very noisy.

I noticed the bathroom lacked a bidet, the shower was tiny, and the sink was too small.

The pool was clean, but we were misled by the photos that only showed the front of the building; we expected a pool‑view apartment like the pictures, yet the property has six units and we were stuck at the far end looking at garbage bins, ruining our holiday for the kids and wife. The bedding had a strong detergent scent that made sleeping impossible, and most of the dishes were chipped.
