The location was fine. The cleanliness of the shared bathrooms was terrible; I never saw anyone else there, but there were ants in the bathroom. The staff were not very helpful, a big mistake not noticing the shared bathroom. They didn’t let me cancel a few hours before the check‑in because of the connection issue. They don’t answer the phone, only respond to calls and WhatsApp messages. I wanted to cancel well in advance. Poor experience, lack of flexibility, shame. The only repeat issue was the bathroom cleanliness with many strangers in it.

The facility is comfortable and welcoming with a nice clean bathroom. We found many ants in the room and were only told at the last moment that the air‑conditioner had no remote; to turn it on or off you need to send a WhatsApp, which didn’t always work.
