The location is great, you can walk to many nearby points of interest; staying here is worth it, and the staff are very friendly.

I wanted to postpone the meal by one night. They first suggested I cancel the initial booking, then rebook for a later slot, and finally told me there was no availability. I never got a refund for the accommodation, had to keep traveling overnight, and the whole thing was extremely unpleasant. I would like to claim my money back and also demand a compensation fee.

The place sits right in the old town with plenty of restaurants and bakeries around, and it’s buzzing. The room is roomy, the beds are comfortable, and the shower works well. The staff are very friendly. However, the windows are thin and don’t block noise; street chatter kept waking us up several times, and the breakfast offered was very basic.
