The hotel really gets the basics right - the rooms are spotless, the washrooms are super clean, and the staff are always on hand to help. They even restock the toiletries daily, which is a nice touch. The hotel itself feels safe and secure, and the staff are friendly and polite. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay.
