They asked me to upload my ID and fill in all my details to get a check‑in QR code, which is pointless because the front desk never uses the QR code.

The location was great and everyone was super lovely, but the breakfast and lunch were stuffy, muggy, overcrowded, and the food, fruit, and other items were only average.

The hotel is new and modern, but the staff are lacking; after many emails I still haven’t received my invoice, which shows the low service level.

I’ve stayed at Seda BGC before and always love the service and amenities; the food is really good too, and I can’t think of any negatives.
